Meet Susie Silva

My name is Susie Silva. I have worked in the orthodontic and dental fields for 25 years. I started my career as a Registered Dental Assistant in a small town in California and worked my way up to a Clinical Team Leader at one of the largest practices on the east coast. I have managed and coached teams of over 15 employees - so I have seen it all - and I have helped create greatness! My passion for helping others has motivated me to branch out and help offices take their customer service to the next level. I'm a mother of 3 boys who loves giving back to the community. I spend a lot of my free time volunteering at my church as a large group leader for the children's ministry! 

My name is Jenn Sullivan. I am a wife, mother of two, and peloton addict. I have worked in every position in the orthodontic field - from records technician to director of operations - and I have helped offices reach incredible amounts of growth in a short period of time. The key contributor to our success and the success of businesses we work with, is providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique customer experience brand. This is something I am super passionate about. I love helping our clients and their teams meet and exceed their personal and professional goals!
